Homes at Great Maytham Hall are offered on a range of tenure options. There is a monthly service charge paid by residents to cover the costs of the services provided. These services include maintenance of the building and the gardens, building insurance, cleaning of communal areas, exterior window cleaning, state-of-the-art CCTV with vehicle number plate reader, 24-hour emergency call line facility, and staff living on site in the house.
