The painstaking refurbishment of Great Maytham Hall and Swallowfield Park has been carried out by specialist developer Sunley Heritage, part of the award-winning Sunley Group.

Started by the late Bernard Sunley, the company is still family owned and controlled by Bernard's son John as chairman, and grandson James, as chief executive, with a commitment to the traditional values of good design, use of aesthetic detail and functionality as well as to leaving a solid legacy of quality for future generations. The company pursues a robust sustainability agenda.
